  Just left Homebase my wife wants to buy me a strimmer for my birthday I asked about their range of strimmers no one here at the moment was the answer. Someone did come to see me but said he was on a different store and maybe I should phone the company up direct you would think a store as large as Homebase would know what the hell they're selling! in fact it was the same answer I got the other night it's sell the xxxxxx stuff but nobody knows anything about it disappointing to say the least. I also needed some paint sorry nobody knows about the paint at the moment somebody did come but was less than helpful and looked distracted. I will not be rushing back

  The man at the customer service desk when I visited was very helpful. The item I was after was showing on the website as them having 3 but they had none. These things happen I suppose, but they arranged for me to collect the item from another store. They would have had it at Leicester the following day for me but I couldn't wait! A really good shopping experience with employees who make you feel like a value customer.
