  If I could select no stars I would. I booked online and reserved for my partners car to be serviced. I get up early, take her to work, get my 11 month old son ready who had been up all night (which all parents know is a challenge in its self) and arrived at the garage to be told they had no record of the reservation and were fully booked. Won't be using kwik-fit again that's for sure.

  The pressure of the front passenger side tyre was very low as was indicated on the dashboard. I took the car in and was attended to within 5 minutes. All four tyres were checked and air pressure corrected within 10 minutes. I would not hessitate in recommending the Abbey Lane branch for their swift service. Thank you.
