  Ford part of the Leicester Sandicliffe group - excellent service yet again, thank goodness! Pity about the poor manner of the Mazda team! As a Mazda owner who uses Sandicliffe for all servicing & repairs was horrified to see two of the team (one of which was supposed to be senior management...) treat an AA recovery vehicle technician with an appalling level of customer service in our presence & that of potential customers. A review of customer service training amongst some of the team would be a recommendation & given past reviews in 2018 alone it seems this is not a one off occurrence. What a pity, you have made sure we won't use Mazda Leicester again when we replace our current model.
