I live in London and I havent been in the store but it didnt make the ordering process any harder. Very efficient and quick response. If you are interested in small production under-the-radar watches look no further. Authorised dealer for Brilliant brands like Habring2, Nomos, Junghans etc. If you see something out of stock and you like it still contact him, he might get it for you. ;)
